There is no map, no restroom directions, and the directory of stores doesn’t even load properly (tried on multiple networks - it’s an app issue, not network issue) Now, though, it’s one big advertisement for their “Insiders” program. Not sure why the store would promote to have people download an app that takes storage up on their phone if no map is included, especially for a mall of that size. I would have loved to enjoy the mall a little more, if I had access to a map. Spent 2 1/2 hours there & only made it to 2 stores that I found all by accident. I did finally find the store, but I’m sure I did a lot of unnecessary walking. The ‘L’ on that kiosk didn’t work, so I couldn’t even search for the store I was looking for. If you search for a store, it doesn’t even tell you where that store is located. It made me sign up for the rewards program(which I will never use) but no access to a map.
